Columbia Daily Herald wrote: Natalie Stovall said the hardest part about winning a spot on Blake Shelton’s team for “The Voice” wasn’t the pre-show jitters, but having to keep it a secret from everyone.
The 35-year-old Columbia native, and multiple Best of Maury County Awards winner for Best Entertainer or Local Band, said she began her journey to the small screen in January, where she underwent several auditions and spent the summer in Los Angeles while juggling a full touring schedule with Nashville radio host Bobby Bones and his band, The Raging Idiots, as well as her own group, The Drive.

Her former label, HitStop/Warner Brothers Records, folded in 2013 following the release of her Top 40 single, “Baby Come on With It,” forcing Stovall to regroup and push on without the backings of a major label. “The Voice” is also a show she feels puts a lot of its focus on the talent each contestant bring to the table.
